1. Imagine a storm of grey light above your head
2. Put up your arms in a Y and touch the light with
your hands.
3. Imagine the light as filling the hands.
4. Bring the hands down a little and fill the head and
arms with the light.
5. Bring them down some more and fill the chest
and stomach with the light.
6. Finally bring the arms to the hips and fill
buttocks, the legs and feet.
7. Be totally filled with and throbbing with this
light.
8. Now mold the light into whatever form you wish.

Tips:
Breathing at the same pace as moving the arms
aids in the visualization.
