Draw a circle of chalk around you, but make sure you have a fair amount of space inside. Cross your legs and sit inside. Close your eyes and chant:

The end to this curse shall haver no key,
The only one to end it is me,
May the curse be long and deep,
(He/She) shall never wake from sleep!

lookup basic circle csting. casting a circle is one of the first things a witch learns how to do, it creates sacred ground and puts up a protective barrier when doing spells or rituals.
