Take the wounded area and proceed to gently rub it (by gently I mean barely any preasure). As you are massaging the area simply chant quietly or recite in your head;

"Heal, heal, heal" over and over until it begins to feel better, and simply imagine the pain fading away.

This is not voodoo. It might work in some small, but it will not do much.

Why is it not voodoo?

Voodoo is a religion specifically practices by those of West African decent. It combines elements from their ancestors home in Africa and current home in the Americas. It's a mix of ancestors, root work, nature spirits and Gods that form a closed practice shrouded in mystery. This is a spiritual path you need to be initiated into. You need a teacher. You need to be of African decent. The same goes for Hoodoo and other similar paths. Claiming something is ''voodoo'' does not make it voodoo. Being interested in voodoo does not mean you can practice voodoo. Reading one book on the history of voodoo, does not mean you can practice voodoo. This spell has zero elements of voodoo. This is basic energy healing.
