a chant won't give you Dragon strength. you might consider saying it before going to the gym to motivate and empower you, but saying some words won't give you strength from thin air.
Makes me wonder how Wishes, Spells, Affirmations and all that work. I understand their mostly based on the power of hope and belief and putting out positive energy so it can be returned or whatever but in the end would it really be doing anything special or would it just be to keep you distracted until the possibility of it actually happening, like to just keep giving you hope and motivate you to keep going? I guess that could be said about a lot of things though including spells and all that. But idk still new and tryna learn all this stuff, suppose I'll see with time.
Spells are a way to direct magickal energy by using items with a similar energy of your desired goal. Magick is a natural energy that brings a natural desired change. Wishes are [from what I've seen] a way to ask the universe for something you can't find a specific spell for [say light a white candle and visualize getting a new computer as a gift] but wishes and spells only work if you can get it naturally or in a mundane way [you could save money and buy your own computer but a spell will help you either save quicker, or receive it as a gift seemingly out of nowhere] affirmations are a mix of magick and psychology. You are focusing the energy and visualizing what you want but stating it in a way to tell your mind it's a fact [i am strong, I am beautiful, I am loved] this will bring you focus to proving these saying to yourself, will make you feel better, and eventually it will become as natural as breathing.
