It could help with motivation and guidance from Venus, but you need to put for the mundane effort too for it to work. You won't wake up the next morning looking like your dream self. Try it for yourself and observe any results over the next moon cycle.
A chant alone will do nothing. You have to charge energy, set your intention, and work towards your goal for any spell to work. Build off this spell.
Yeah, that is what I said. You need to build on the chant. Weight loss spells are used more for motivation and to cut down on cravings. This specific spell just tells you to say some words once and you will lose weight. You would need a lot more effort for it to even motivate you.
