Energy question

Hi
Im very new to Magic, and I was wondering how can I practice to feel energy? For what I understand you need energy for spells to work, if Is there a simple exercise for this?

That is best learned through trial and error. Test yourself in different energy situations and pay attention to the physical and spiritual sensations. Like for example when dealing with fire you may feel a heat sensation or like you’re suddenly warm. Each person is different though.
