I've had this happen before. Sometimes the item(s) will go out of stock before your order is processed. Once the item comes back in stock, they ship it. I'd contact the shop manager Katie to be sure though. She should be able to let you know if that's the case or if, perhaps, the item was lost, etc.
Mis is right that it could simply be an out of stock item that will be shipped out when it comes back into stock. Or it could have been missed when your order was picked and packed. Either way I will need the name and e-mail address associated with your order to find the answer for you because thereis noinformation that I can see when I access your information page via your bio page here on the site, to check on this order for you. This means you either; a) haven't uploaded this information to your bio, or b) that you where not logged into your SoM account when you placed your order. You will need to provide your name and e-mail address associated with the order so I can find out what is happening with your order.
