Find good doctors. Search online or ask any friends and family if they can help. Maybe cast a spell to attract help or pray to the gods for aid. That's some of the best things I currently recommend. There are many spells on the site too, casting them may help. One spell may not be enough, so be sure to keep quite a few under your belt. Good Luck.

I'm sorry, I don't know of any spell [if I did, I would have used it on a few of my friends by now] For the acne, you could enchant a natural face wash or clay mask to enhance its potency, and there are spells to help with a safe pregnancy [should she ever try to get pregnant] but none of them are guaranteed or cures. Find a doctor and a dietitian who can help, then try saying blessings to help bring a balance of sorts to your daughter's life. I'm sorry there's no cure or spell that could cure this. Believe me, I wish there was, I have a number of friends who deal with this. Most were lucky to have at least one child, but they all deal with this syndrome on a daily basis, and if there was something magically to be done, I would have a long time ago. All the best to you and your daughter.

For theacne I would first start by checking her food intolerance. This can now be done with an at home testing kit. Or you can request it from her doctors office (they can't refuse you, simply state you want to schedule a food allergy test) This will show how she reacts to specific foods which might actually be exacerbating her acne without you realizing it. Then find a good cleanser she can use each night and a good moisturizer (for her face).

For the insulin, if she has been tested for diabetes and does not have this, see if they can run a test on her thyroid. This is usually overlooked but can be a major cause for weight gain. The side effects of the hair growth in unwanted places is unfortunate but can be managed by waxing. Depending on her age, she may also find many of these symptoms subside as she gets older, as if she is a teen, her hormonal changes are rapidly growing, which may cause these unwanted symptoms to appear more predominate.

For fertilization, when she is ready to have children or is going to start trying to have children, understand that people with PCOS have children all the time. It might be more difficult and she may need specific hormonal treatment for it and the risk of having twins is much greater (or multiple births) It is still something she can do.

I am not a medical doctor, so these suggestions are simply things I have learned in my studies and personal life. I would recommend speaking to a medical professional for all of these concerns. If they aren't listening, speak up louder. You are paying the doctors for a service, if you are not satisfied with their service find another doctor.

As far as spell suggestions, you can research some natural herbal remedies for a face scrub but I would make sure she isn't allergic to anything first. You can even request a referral to speak to a dermatologist who specializes in the skin. Most spells won't be able to correct her PCOS, but a confidence building spell might help her anxiety over the side effects.

I hope some of this helps. Good luck!
