So I have been heaving a health problem I always end up losing weight than gaining weight and it diesnt stop I would starve myself so I lose it but than after a moth I’d starving it comes back so it doesn’t change I also did go through anorexia and now here I am I want to lose weight and not retake it again , can someone help me please

If you haven't already, seek the advice of a doctor and a counselor and/or a therapist. A doctor will be able to help you figure out if you're at a healthy weight and will be able to help you safely find someone who can help you with nutrition and exercise, and a counselor or therapist will be able to help you work through the issue of starving yourself that you mentioned.

If you want to add magick to medical help, that's totally fine; I do magickal things to help me with my mental health, but I'm also seeking psychological help - I've found coupling magickal means with mudane ones to be effective.If you want to do a spell to encourage healthy eating habits or to promote self-love or anything you personally think would aid you in this, go ahead, just make sure you have licensed medical and psychological help throughout it.

I believe this is more of a medical issue. It's never healthy to starve yourself. I will tell you what I know offhand. Please note that this is not my expertise nor will it be a hundred percent accurate. The chemical compound for body fat is C(#?)H(#?)O(#?). As you become more active or exercise your body then breaks down this fat into eight parts carbon and two parts water. The only way I know you can release carbon form your body is threw breathing. You'll have to keep a daily exercise routine or an active lifestyle either through work or activities otherwise your body will going to some type of shock mode and store fat. At the risk of sounding insensitive, it might help to tell yourself that only 20% of what you eat it's stored in your body and the other 80 passes through. That's why it's so important to eat right and be active.
