What type of illness? How do you want to go about it? I've used poppets a few times.

Would anyone happen to know of a possible way for energy to be stored and built up over time?

Much like a battery that could be charged and filled up [infinitly] and then used whenever.

I have a couple of suggestions that couldn't hurt to try out. Although, I am curious as to why you're asking.

You could make a sigil or bindrune for no purpose other than that of storing energy, write it on some paper, store it away and let it build up, and then when you want to release the energy, burn it. Another idea is to use a bottle or jar and give it the same purpose of storing energy, put what you want or need into it, and then open the bottle when you want to use it. The bottle would be reusable, but you might want to cleanse it between uses.

Hello,

Does anyone know any information or resources about tarot card spells.
I have an interest in this but I have been unable to find any resources so far.

Thanks

Hello everyone!

I was wondering if anyone used herbs in order to help lucid dreaming? And, if so, wich ones? And how (tee, incent, burning)?

Thank you

I like to use sandalwood incense for meditation, you could try that.

Scott Cunningham, though I would not take any of their stuff too seriously. Also, he likes to ignore a large part of the Christian influenced parts of the practice. I would also be aware of his stance on curses before reading, he does not like them and makes fun of practices that involve them. Other than that, he is an easy read, should be able to do within a sitting.

The Black Toad by Gemma Gary has some neat stuff in it. It's more spell book like, so I would just read through each one and analyze why sympathetically it makes sense in the spell. She also acknowledges the Christian influence.

Nummits and Crummits is in the public domain, should give it a read. You should be able to find it on any sort of site that provides out of print, out of copy right books.

Cunning Folk and Familiar Spirits by Emma Wilby might be a fun read through.

All of those should give a basic idea of what it means to be a modern witch, to practice magic, and some ideas on implementing the practices into your life. Hope this helped!
