Reiki is a universal energy also known as qi/chi/ki, Which empowers us and makes us aware of our chi(energy) both, to acquire the knowledge of reiki, meditate, and you can search on google to know more what meditation is required. Some important meditation for reiki are: energy manipulation, centering of energy, etc

Not what I meant...sorry I was using my wife's account when I posted that but, I meant Reiki as in the energy healing Reiki
