As you strike me as a beginner I will tell you some basic things,
I really do not suggest you go onto this subject... You have not trained yourself enough... I understand how my words may be different to my actions so below I have included the list of basics, I scheduled I followed this schedule for a year, and then moved on to my Magick... Alchemy.... Astrology.

(you can schedule this to your own needs)***

7:00, meditation
8:00 breakfast
9:00 energy practice
15:00 study
17:00 prayer
19:00 LBRP
21:30 dinner
