I have realized something. People say that love is one of the strongest feeling a person can have, and it is quite true. I have been together with a beautiful girl for the past 6 months, and I feel like I have known her forever. I cant not think of her. So, my question is:
"Love is patient, love is kind, it does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil, but rejoices in the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres." Corinthians 13:4-7
Even if you are not religious, I believe that quote shares some great insight as to what love is and why it is so strong.

There are many different forms of love. Love of children, love of parents, romantic love, sexual attraction is a form of love!
Some love is instinctive, and is why a mother will throw herself under a bus to save a child; maybe not even her own child!
Love in all it's forms is not taking; it is giving.
Probably Jesus gave the perfect definition,
"Greater love than this has no man, than that he lay down his life for his friend."
Please note, not parent, child, or other relative. "His friend!"
That says it all!
