you don't need magick to heal yourself, its called modern medicine. Works just great. If, however, you're going for more of an old fashioned "potion" or remedy, you could always take the herbal approach.

Magical exploration is a serious spiritual path. "Potions" as they were caused is just an archaic term for the medicines we now know. Cough medicine, for example, would be a potion. While they were often attributed with magical properties they were often just misunderstood... Science and magic meet from opposite ends of the spectrum, trying to explain the same thing.
This isn't like roleplay. You can't have a little potion of cure critical wounds to fix up your next broken arm.
Pour a cup of water to a pan and heat it up. Get a cucumber, peel it, chop it to slices, and drop them to the heating water. After the cucumbers are boiled for 8-10 minutes, throw out the cucumbers (or eat them if you want), pour sqeezed mango juice on the heated water, and let it cool down. Add 2 small spoons of sugar and half a spoon of salt. After mixing these together, carefully pour it into small 4OZ glass jars or bottles, and keep them for about 2-3 weeks, if used after they might not work, these potions help heal faster and makes you feel less pain.
Dont drink them lightly, and its best to drink one, to save the rest for later. Takes 15 minutes total to make.
This is great to use if someone casted a spell against you, cut yourself, twisted your ankles, or anything thats not life threatening.
CAUTION; this potion will NOT heal you if you are shot, old, in the hospital, or are really sick.
