It doesn't take 30mins at all, you start to burn calories with each movement, thats why people are told to do 5mins of skipping each morning to burn fat. If you have someone with a heart condition doing 30mins of exercise they could die.

An easy way to lose weight is to take a teaspoonful of peanut butter before you go to sleep, it has the right type of fat in it to help your metabolism burn fat as you sleep.

As for your magic, like someone said, always give specifics because magic takes the easiest route, for money go with employment, for weightloss go with willpower, and for your soul mate I would wait until the waxing moon and when Venus is not in retrograde (which it is for a few more days yet), when Venus is in retrograde its best for bringing past loves back into your life, not bringing new ones.

Well, thanks for the feedback. I guess I should have included that I wished for enough money to start a non profit company with money I earn or winning the lotto, no harm to befall anyone or anything. I am not niave. I am working thank you very much, but my desire to have more impact on helping children and animals is strong and there is nothing bad with wanting to do more good in my short life. Second on the lectures of weight loss, well that is no surprise. The instructions said to wish for something impossible. 8 weeks is impossible... SO for all of you with all your negative opinions please keep quiet. To those who wish me well, may you be blessed in all your life. I have lost 60 pounds in the last 6 months. I am eating healthy, drink water, and exercise 5 times a week for 2 hours, and I will loose the additional weight. As far as how I got so HUGE, well my health issues and trials are personal. Goodness, health, love are my goals. May they be yours as well. Blessed be.

Well, the 3 wishes that you list are honorable ones. But you should also wish for the means to accquire the money for your non profit company, what kind of soul mate to find you, and I believe that losing 55 lbs. in just 8 weeks is unreasonable, not to mention unhealthy. Try for smaller amounts over a period of time.
You will be more successful in the long run and more than likely to keep it off.

What I am trying to say is to be realistic in what you want to achieve and your success will be more likely.

its not impossible to lose so much in 8 weeks i can lose 6-7kg in 4 days when i really want to.

Is it impossible? No, but it's very unhealthy to try to lose that much that fast.

Not only is it unhealthy, it also raises the possibility of surgery being needed for loose skin that results from not allowing the skin time to reduce normally, which is around 2lbs per week based on the UK recommendations.

Drink a glass of water before u start eating, and eat smaller rations, eat half the meal u eat today, and then if your not full after 15 minutes eat some more, and do it until u are full.

Now as u lose weight, u will feel better and better with every day passing.

Start working on yourself first. Even a path of 1000 miles starts with the first step. Always believe in yourself. Be good to yourself.
