So how do I get rid of it and is that the best solution?

Banishment. Quite simple actually. Or do a house cleansing, just a brief overview, place quartz crystals on every window of your home and smudge your house, with sage.

I had the same thing, although it wasnt much trouble... It wasn't long ago, like a couple of weeks ago where I dropped my underwear, and I turned and looked in the mirror thinking I'll pick it up later, and when I looked back the underwear was back in its place! >.< , Although if there is really a presence with me, its probly from the Ouiji board, and he lets himself noticed, although he never miss behaves because he knows I can banish him.

It's either that or some one in your place is telekinetic and doesn't know it :-)

You take the, haha I don't know the name of it, the thing you put your hands on, put it upside down on the upside down board and start moving it in a circular motion and move it throughout the entire board.

Lol Jayme it was a long time ago, I got rid of the board a long long time ago, I only used it to come in contact with someone who told me to do, so I can gain protection, although I tested it out first, and got no results except for a freezing cold presence on my leg below the board, and I never used it again. It's weird, because I think he cleans my room... He also puts things back to place when im not looking after I drop something...

Anyway lets get back onto the subject...
