If you seek the so called "real deal" it all depends on how far you wish to push your own sanity to twist the psyche of another, there is nothing more horrid than the shattering of the human psyche.
Is there a spell for said task: varies on your purpose behind it, it is easiest to stimulate primal emotions, including but not limited to the fight or flight reflex.
as for a "psionic assault" utilizing the pineal gland to "puppeteer" a subject. perhaps.
as stated above, it is possible but much easier to use psychology.
Ex: the so called Ninjitsu technique of binding ones shadow with, a rock or a blade, is in reality a basic hypnotic technique of suggestibility.
Of course it exists, it is an 'evil' spell as it does what it says, it 'manipulates' the mind of the one being cast upon. It is very powerful and 'requires' an advanced caster to do it as well as some 'special' herbs and a ritual. Are you an 'experienced' witch ? Do you know what herbs to use and how to pick them ? Do you know the ritual and when to perform it ? ALL of this also requires personal power ( good mind, good body) The spell will NOT work if ALL of these things are NOT met.....
Cazzandra has given you a nudge, psychology is the way to go. I am a qualified hypnotherapist, so as you can imagine I know how to "manipulate" the mind, for the better and for the worst. Manipulation isn't always bad, depending on the reasoning behind it, as well as the perception of others.
If you give a good reason behind why you wish to manipulate, I may offer some very basic techniques which can help you get further in life in a positive way.
even if you are sucessful, wickedness only begets more wickedness, as corny and classic a phrase on SoM. I have to disagree with you just based on the fact i do not believe there is a truly pure wicked person, there is light and shade sides to us all but no man or woman wakes up each day twirling their mustaches saying "Raghhh, i wonder what crimes I can commit this day, shall i put turtles on their backs or women on train tracks?"

It is wrong. You should know that it is wrong. When you do something as dark as force your will over someone else you do more harm to yourself. Magick like this is dangerous and you can seriously hurt yourself and others. The spells exist and the people who cast them aren't really friendly. The only time I would suggest mind manipulation is if your enemy is doing it to you. I would try a combination of empathy and reverse psychology.
