First, put the symbol in the cup of water. Focus on you being a mermaid and the color tail and powers you want. Say this 1x
"Twists and twirls of the sea, can you speak to me? Grant me to be a h20 living creature. I would like powers to protect the sea, so mote and make this me. I'd like a shiny tail scince I'm a girl, so make it be. I live as a mermaid, let it be because I invoke thee. Sea living objects, will you make this me? This is who I wish to be. Please make me what I deserve to be, a human like fish is me. So Mote Me Be. "
It will turn you into a mermaid when you say "Mermaid when wet", and it will turn you back to your human form when you say "Human when dry".

Set up a bath with just water, no bubbles or anything. While its filling up, get the song you want to transform to and put it on repeat (some good songs are Stars Dance by Selena Gomez and Burn by Ellie Goulding). When the bath is done filling up, get a tablespoon of salt for every 100 mph you want to swim (ex. 3 tablespoons for 300 mph) and put it into the water. Get what you want to look like as a mermaid and your power in mind (for the tail colors, use natural colors, like blue, gold, red, or green. Don't use pink, purple, or yellow. Use whatever power you want to). When you are ready, get into the tub and repeat this spell:
"Mermaids in all the oceans,
Mermaids in all the lakes,
Please grant my lifelong wish.
I wish to be a mermaid,
Swimming happily in the sea,
Please give my lifelong wish to me.
I would like a beautiful (color choice) tail,
With a top to match.

When I transform,

When you are done, go under the water and hold your breath for as long as you can. Once you come up, drain the water, but don't get out until it is completely drained. You should be almost dry by then. Dry off and put on pajama pants that are the color you said you wanted your tail to be. You are completely done with the spell after this. Your power should come first. If you said that you wanted more than one power, then you will only gain one power out of them. No matter what, you will ALWAYS have only one power. Your tail should come in the next month or so after getting your power. Your power will come 2-4 weeks after doing the spell.

Say this spell 3 times.
Go outside (on windy day if possible). Put your symbol on. Now imagine your wings and you using powers. Say spell 3 times. Spell will work in 2 hours. After 2 hours, clap 8 times and you will get your fairy wings (if you did it correctly and BELIEVED).

I apologize for not knowing too much about spell, not many informations were given about it so I apologize.
Also, I don't know what kinds of powers you may have but I will list what you can have (just for you to be sure, the ones I listed are 100% to work but if you have, time, nerves and lots of faith, you can try other powers and if so, please message me about it, I will be very thankful). Those are mostly elements you know. Also, I don't know how many powers you can have, I am really sorry.
P.S - You can say either fire or pyrokinesis but say fire since it's easier to say. Also you may or not say ''manipulation'' after every element you chose. You can just say element.
