Go to a place where you can be alone. Pets don't count, but be sure to not crush them. Chant this once:

As you chant thing imagine yourself as a wolf, just what you would look like.
''Soft fur,
Piercing eyes,
Razor fangs,
Sharp long claws,
I'm a wolf howling in the moon light!''
Right after that, say this, while visualizing yourself as a wolf running in a forest first at night then at day.
''Long tail,
Thudding paws,
I'm running in the windy night!
Through day and the night a wolf I be,
Unless I need the human me!

Now you need to find a way to trigger your transformation right after you chant that.
To turn into a wolf, think, The Wolf in me is needed! And visualize yourself as a wolf.
To be a human again claw the ground five time and think, so mote it be! As you visualize yourself as human.
It might not work right away, and I suggest you do this once during the day and once at night. Then it should work!
Prick your finger, let 10 drops of blood in the cup. Imagine a vampire come not physically but spirtually and bitting you. Imagain the pain then in 5-8 minutes you will be full and when you imagain the pain imagine one special power .

Burn the paper with the strand of hair and the blood completely,then throw the ashes outside. It must be full moon to work better,but you can try with any moon.
Go to sleep afterwards and it should start to work.
If not wait a few days or even weeks.
If it still doesn't work then keep doing it every month on full moon.
You NEED to believe in it to work,otherwise it won't.
Side effects: headaches,other body pains,anger,being really hot like burning,eye colour change,sharper teeth,better sense of smell/hearing/sight,wanting to be outside more such as in the woods/forest/or park,sharper nails,you may get more hairier than before,you may heal faster,etc.
If you are experiencing anything like this then it is more than likely that the spell worked.
