Close your eyes and visualize dark clouds suddenly blocking out the sun. Imagine rain and lightening. Imagine the lightening hitting your body and feel the energy as it courses through you. Visualize your body glowing, as you look up to the sky and yell, "I command thee storm, rise!".

Did you check the weather forecast before casting the spell? You need to check before casting to ensure it was the spell and not already going to rain.
