I will be stronger then a vampire under 1 year and stronger then any werewolf! I will be both a beast and a Bloodsucker. This is my will, So mote it be !"

No you cannot, magick is a natural force of energy that doesn't contradict nature. You are human, humans cannot physically transform into other creatures, physical vampires are not real, for those reasons this spell doesn't work. Look into working with astral vampires if you feel so inclined

Magick works differently in each plane of existence. We're in the physical plane. Magick on the physical plane are ruled by nature. That's why magick doesn't contradict nature. If we are on a different plane, magick would work differently, but we're not. We're on the physical. [also, it doesn't mean other planes have no rules. The astral is freer when it comes to magick but there are still rules that must be followed]
