To become skilled in anything is to study, practice and acknowledge that this isn't something you can become a master at over night. A spell, isn't going to make you all powerful when it comes to magick, it is a craft, something you study, learn and develop over time.
You could use this more as a chant to help focus on your goals of becoming better as a magickal practitioner, but these words themselves won't do the hard work for you.
This may set your intention, but you need study and practice to become more proficient in Magik. There are no shortcuts.
