High Banishing Spell

 The moment you falter in the face of evil you have already given the opponent the upper hand.

No matter where the location your conducting this spell make sure that you will cover the entire square feet as negativity will hide to not be smoked out. 

• Begin to meditate for at least 5 minutes while you clear all thoughts of fear (your intention is to gather positive energy and thoughts while charging yourself to repel the negative)
• Once you feel you are ready uplift yourself, light your sage and repeat aloud every 5-10 seconds as you walk the circumference: "procul, o procul este, profani" (meaning to tell the unwanted and the un-positive to leave immediately) Be sure to be confident and clear each time you will be saying this and dont be afraid to wave your sage as your body would like to. As you near the finish of the area needing of banishment it would be highly recommended to begin to chant louder and more sternly with the last chant being the loudest and most assertive of any words you have just spoke.  At the end say "I cast out all negativity for i am positive and there is no greater security than that." Be firm in your words as you are much stronger!

Additionally you may pray to your deity asking for his or her blessings to protect and guide you. If you cannot pronounce the non-english words just research each word as i do not believe them to be hard to learn, no worries!

• As you walk twords the darkness look twords the light
• As you wave your sage let the light and smoke envelope the dark and cast it out
• As your mind wants to conjure images only conjure light and positivity and all things that symbolize it
