Casting Instructions for 'Create a Spell'

Write the spell name on the paper, then write the spell's incantation and ingredients. Then say:
''Wind, Fire, Water, Earth, I call on you, to make this spell magic. So mote it be!''
After saying those words, try casting your spell. It should work. It also works when trying to cast other spells to build up your magical power before casting a spell.

I've tried this and apparently it doesn't work very well for me :(

Because this is not how you make a spell. Try looking for an article to explain how, but a quick way is ask yourself what you want out of the spell, then research what items correspond with the spell [example, money: green, mint, coins] then try to build a very simple spell with these items and work your way up as you gain confidence [example, charge a green candle with energy and light it, then charge a coin with energy then put 3 drops of a mint tea on the coin and place it by the candle. slowly sip the tea while visualizing how you will gain extra money. This can work as a spell. You might wish to write a chant, or carry the coin with you after you've finished the spell]
