It does not actually manipulate time but it helps if you want to make it feel like it is going faster/slower.

Casting Instructions for 'Time'

You will need the following items for this spell:

To make time feel slower: Say repetitively: "Tock Tick"

To make time feel faster: Say repetitively: "Tick Tock"

Or you can just chant "time"

This does not work. There is no Magikal energy behind it and does not set intention. You can say tick tock or tock tick but it does not mean anything. A spell/chant can be simple, but you needs to explain what you want.
