To create a PSI ball (easy). Rub your hands together fast until the friction causes heat to form. Concentrate on the heat, closing your hands together. When your hands are as close as they can be, concentrate on the heat and energy gathering between them in the shape of a ball.

Seems Legit, But Not Working
Is it supposed to be a tingling presece in between your palms? because I experienced that but I'm unsure if I was doing it correctly. Sorry I am a rather new witch
Tingles, pulsing, warmth, slight push against your palms. All of these are common signs you're doing it correctly.
Keep in mind though that tingling can also just be a purely physical response to your hands rubbing together, as that stimulates the nerve endings. I always take these sorts of things with a grain of salt because they can make people think something is happening energetically when it isn't. You can use those sensations to drive your visualizations, but just because you feel something after rubbing your hands together doesn't mean it's magical.
