Self Love Tea

Casting Instructions for 'Self Love Tea'

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • 1 tbsp dried lavender (for calming the mind, body and spirit)
  • 1 tbsp dried rose petals (for self love)
  • 1 tbsp dried hibiscus (for harmony between the heart and mind)
  • 1/2 cups of water
  • 1/2 tsp honey (for sweetening the view you have to yourself)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (for release of stress and anxiety)
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon (for healing, protection and comfort)

STEPS

  1. steep the dried flowers in hot water for 7 to 10 minutes
  2. strain and mix in the remaining ingredients
  3. drink while doing your favorite self care activity (reading a book, listening to music, watching a movie, journaling, making art, etc.)
