so do i keep the water jar or do i get rid of it...?

I'd get rid of it.

So what if you don't have a picture can his or her name work

A picture helps with visualization. If you can picture them in your mind, it's fine. Full name works, and you might want to get something that belongs to them. Something with their DNA is best, but something they own works too [say you borrow a pencil]

So do I keep throw out the water jar or keep for the curse last. And that goes the same with the boulder

this is late, but if I were you, I'd dump the water into a toilet with a pinch of salt, thank the water for it's involvement in your spellwork, and flush it all away. And for the boulder, if I need the rock later on i'd just cleanse it with incense and thank it. And if I don't need it, i'd bury it far far far away from my home with some sage over it.
