Place your hands over the bowl and imagine energy flowing into the water. After you have charged up the water, take the picture and tape it in front of you so you can see it clearly. Place your finger in the water and go around the bowl clockwise 3 times then counterclockwise 3 times and repeat this process while looking at the picture and saying the incantation 3 times.

Then take the picture drop it in the bowl of water and place the bowl where it cannot be disturbed. To reverse the spell simply take the bowl of water, take out the picture and tape it in front of you (or get a new picture but take out the old one) and place your finger in the water stirring clockwise 3 times then counterclockwise 3 times while looking at the picture. Then say this incantation 3 times

Then you may empty the bowl and burn the picture. The person should now be free from your control.

It may for some but I think it will only work for 5% of the population Earth. But you MUST have strong belief in Magic. Just try yourself and see if it works. I've seen many spells that don't work for some people but work for others so it just really depends on how strong your belief of magic is.
You cannot control a persons actions with Real Magik. You can cast a spell to influence them, but people have free will. You would need to focus enough energy to overpower their free will, and even then, it is not permanent. This is a common issue with make my crush love me spells. There are a plethora of factors working against you. If you manage to cast it correctly, and your crush asks you out, the energy will begin to fade away because you achieved the goal. As the spell fades, you need to nurture a loving relationship, or your crush will leave you. This spell appears to make the target a mindless follower, which will not happen.
