If you're wishing to curse them but not poison them, you can add ingredients that work in curses, as well as focus your intention while making the pie. Granted, apples [and indeed apple pies] are commonly used for love spells [sugar, for example, is used to ''sweeten'' a person to you] if I was to trick someone into ingesting a curse, I would make a guacamole or other spicy food, as most items used in curses/bad luck are things like lime, cayenne, chilli and black pepper.
