With your wand use a swish and flick motion to point in the direction of the person you are casting this at.

I highly doubt this works. Also, pulling out a wand and waving it in a bullies face I guarantee will end with the wand snapped and you, at the very least, mocked for it. While Magik is real and wands do direct Magik, the general public views witches as silly. This will not help legitimize your beliefs.

this sounds like something you got from harry potter. i agree with Tadashi, i doubt this works.
