Point at the person you want to not hear and say the following: "You have annoyed me too much and now its my turn. Shush, be quiet, and meek like a fern!". Imagine that you can no longer hear them, and turn your focus elsewhere.

I would use a photo, but this is plausible. Charge enough energy and put in the effort to move past a situation and it could help. Granted, this is for an ex, or someone who bothers you at school, not so much an authority figure or person you are obligated to work with.
