No, you cannot. Vampires, like the ones this spell is talking about, are astral beings, not physical beings. Magik is a force of nature, Magik does not defy nature. The natural laws of the physical plane are more rigid of the natural laws of the astral plane. Physical transformation defies the natural laws of the physical plane. You are a living on the physical plane, blood-sucking vampires are from the astral plane, ergo, you cannot physically transform into an astral vampire. On other planes you can transform because the natural laws are different depending on the plane. Astral and mental shifting are possible. You can work with astral vampires in your craft. On the physical, there are psychic (psi) vampires. But in this lifetime, you were born human. No spell will change that fact. No amount of belief will change that fact. Perhaps in your next incarnation you will be a vampire on the astral.
