Hold out you hand and chant 

“May the power of Aporos weaken thy body”

Then press your hand onto the target.

The most effective location to press is the left of the targets back.

As outlined this will not work. It needs an edit. Hold a picture of the person, charge energy, specifically your negative intentions, and imagine how they will grow ill. When you feel ready to burst, begin chanting. Repeat the phrase for as long as you feel compelled too, then tear up the photo. When you see the person, tap into the energy you have built up, feel it moving through your body and pooling in your hand. When you touch them, release the energy. Yes, far more complex than the original post, but far more likely to work.
