This seems more like a question than a spell, of which I'm pretty sure the answer is no you cannot get special powers or abilities from them at least not of the flying or breathing fire kind or anything like that. Also I like how it says you need your ''Dragon Stuff'' and for some reason you're calling out to a ''Dragon God'' AND ''horses''. Idk why horses, maybe they're linked somehow but...not that I know of.
I'm reading through these and some of these gave me a chuckle. And some of them are like ''okay, I like this one.'' And I didn't quite get the horses. Many deities have connects to horses and dragons.😅
