First put the lamp in front of you, sit comfortably and feel the energy in you. Close your mind and don't let the energy flow out in your body. Contain it.

The lamp serves as the energy enhancer and also a tester, the more flame that emits the more energy you have.

Note: The smoke is the excess energy or the negative energy.

This could work as a type of candle flame divination, but it will not increase your energy. You can charge energy into your body, but you will need to release it. Too much or too little energy can harm your physical.
