This is basically a mantra that I say aloud to myself when I have trouble sleeping, and all you need to do is focus on the words and after you've said them relax your body and try to empty your mind as best as possible. I fall asleep quickly every single time, but you also need to believe that the spell is working on you.

Say aloud: 

Goddess Divine I ask of thee, 

Goddess Divine I beg of thee, 

I ask thee one, I ask thee twice, I ask thee three times thrice, 

Please let me sleep this night. 

That's it! Sometimes saying it aloud three times adds power, but if I'm really tired saying it just the once will do. 'Goddess Divine' can be substituted for your chosen deity or planet etc. Hope this helps!

I would add to it with some herbal tea and grounding, but this could help.
