hold rock salt in both hands in a siting posture by keeping hands straight with closing eyes then if there any negative force hand fingers will open or both hands will become cross it may takes 5 to 10 minutes time to know . if there is no negative force nothing will happen .

I am unsure how effective this will be. However, there is a body cleanse where you hold two crystals in your hand, so try it and see. The key is to let positive energy flow from one and be absorbed by the other.
