Rub your hand together back and forth really fast for 5 minutes till you feel heat. After hold your hands together and let the energy expand creating a roundness with your hands. Take your least dominant hand and fold the energy into your dominant hand. Now make a fist with it and feel the energy work from your finger tips to your hand to your arm to the rest of your body.

Not a spell. It's an exercise for working with energy

This is incorrect. Gently rub your hands to wake up the energy. Do not vigorously rub your hands for five minutes. When you feel your hands start to warm, pull them apart and hold them as if you are holding a small ball in your hands. You should feel a warm glow between your hands and a slight push again your palms. Slowly move your hands farther and closer, imagining the ball expanding and shrinking as you do. You should feel a little resistance whenever you try to shrink the ball.
