Put the ball on a smooth surface and imagine your aura moving from the palm of your hand, back and forth like the waves in the ocean. Imagine your aura going out of your hand, wrapping around the ball. Imagine the ball rolling. Next, flex all your fingers and then unflex them while saying "elam no len kordi" (which means "roll with much force" in Latin). The ball should move.

You cannot move a physical object with your mind.

I agree yet also disagree, it is not possible to move just any object with the mind, true. However telekinesis may not be real, but one could ''In Theory'' be able to manipulate magnetic currents by reversing and directing the flows of energy in the air, which is a example of kinetic energy manipulation, in theory one can definitely be able to manipulate energy like that, if you think about it....The entire human body functions through electric pulses, which find place throughout the ''Entire'' Nerve Network of the body, anyway I digress, the point is I am not saying that the mind can move objects but I am theorizing about how energy 'can' be directed and focused by the mind 'to' lightly push objects by creating kinetic friction
