This needs an edit. This is a great start, but as the incense burns, meditate and reflect on what you will do to achieve this goal as well as how the results will impact your life. Focus more on the positive, but be aware of the negative. Example, eating healthy will make your skin glow, but you will have to give up your evening bowl of ice cream. Once the spell is complete, work towards your goal.
