  • Cedar (cup or bottle)

Boil cold water till it's hot then put the hot water in cup or bottle than put the cedar in and stir. Let settle then put on bruise.

You should also charge the brew with energy and set your intention as you let the cedar steep in the water. If you are going to anoint your skin, let it cool down so you do not burn yourself.
