Go into a meditation state, and then see the spirit of the person you want to drain the energy from, and then imagine your spirit close to them, and reach out your spirits hand and imagine the energy from that persons spirit coming into yours. Feel the energy rushing into from your spirit.

It would be their aura, not their spirit, but this is one way to drain energy from someone. It might be difficult for people new to energy work. You might find it easier to sit by the person, see their aura, then imagine it traveling from them towards you. Feel the energy entering your body as this happens. Their aura should grow smaller and fade away as you do this.
