If you have a headache: lay down gently and close your eyes. Picture nothing but darkness and stars brightening your inner space. See satellites floating in space. Imagine yourself laying there. Imagine blue pulses of energy flowing in through your head. Keep this up for at least three minutes. It should help to rid the headache.

I highly doubt visualization will help a headache, but try it and see. Personally, I would go with a herbal remedy.
