Simply saying ''i resist'' will do nothing. Charging energy and chanting until you fall into a trance may help with will power, but if you are trying to resist something, you need to do shadow work to understand the root cause and heal from it. Keep in mind, this will not always work. Depending on the temptation, it could be natural, or a genetic predisposition, but if it is something like you gave up chocolate for a diet, it might help with cravings.
Agree, also desire is something like deficient. for example: Person with energy blockage/foggy/mud on ''solar plexus'',''manipura chakra'' have daily habit to always be hungry and have so much desire for eating foods. But, is this true or false?
