Sit comfortably and use your projective hand (usually right if your right handed or vice versa) to send out negative energies and your receptive hand to bring in positive energies, after a few minutes you will be much more relaxed and calm, and the good thing is you can do it any time.

To get rid of Stress

Try it and see if it works for you, but I do not think it will do much. Also, that opening ''follow the Wiccan law of three or be cursed'' that goes against the Wiccan Rede. Wicca only has two rules; As in harm none, do as ye will and what you do will return threefold. The belief is, you stay in the light, do good, try and avoid harming others unintentionally, and the universe will bless you three times over. Granted, harm is up to the Wiccan to determine for themselves. Using a chant that says ''do as I say or else'' is not in accordance with Wiccan belief. The vast majority of Wiccans do not curse. I would use the last two lines and remove the rest of the chant.
