All you do is focus what remaining strength you have and chant either out loud or in you head: "In the name of fire water wind earth and spirt I call upon the elements to give me strength: to give me earths stamina, fires fury, waters flexibility, and the winds energy. So mote it be"

It could work to motivate you, but you cannot say a chant and level up like in an anime.
