  • Full moon/New moon

On the night of a full moon/new moon, from 10-12pm, go outside. Cast a circle and chant this once.

' By the light of the moon and our piercing howls, we are further transformed into cunning beasts. From the circle of life to the evolution of man, I shall be reawaked as one with the land.'

Toothaches - especially canines
Backaches
Muscle aches
Stomach aches
Uncontrollable anger
The ability to change into a werewolf at anytime

It takes 2-4 weeks for you to experience all the effects. After that you should be able to transform into a werewolf at will. You might be able to turn any other people when you bite them, although that doesn't happen for everyone.
