On a night of a full moon go outside. Sit down cris-cross. Hold the clear quartz directly between your four head. Now close your eyes an imagien that a white haze is flowing into the quartz. Then put the quartz to your four head(touch your head with it). You will fill waves of energy. Say: "les Loy tha plea moon ka la so! You have the power of the Moon!"
